Mastering Productivity

with Jason Womack
Professional Workplace Performance Trainer, Coach & Consultant

Jason calls himself a “productivity junkie”, which means that he has a ton of great information stored up in his noggin, and he’s perfectly happy to pass it along to you. You’re going to learn a lot from this call.

Jason told me that we should all ask ourselves a very important question, “Am I enjoying my day?”
Then figure out the things that will help you to enjoy every day. Then simply make sure to implement them. Great advice.

Be sure to take a look at Jason’s websites: womackcompany.com and jasonwomackblog.com

And don’t forget his book, The Promise Doctrine, which he wrote with his father, Craig Womack.

In our discussion, Jason also mentions Tony Robbins, Dennis Waitley, and the books Getting Things Done by David Allen and What Got You Here Won’t Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith.

    Mark,

It was an honor and a distinct pleasure to share some “radio time” with you. I hope that everyone who takes a few moments to listen to this walks away with a feeling that they can “do it!”

Looking forward to the next time…

    Jason

It sounds like you guys are having a good time during this interview. It’s nice to hear some upbeat, positive folks conversing about serious stuff. It kinda takes the edge off, as they say.

    Thanks for the great info.
