Taking the Lead

with Craig Womack
Senior Executive Leader, Speaker, Trainer & Coach

William Shakespeare once wrote in his play Twelfth Night, “…be not afraid of greatness. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them.” It’s a long story, but the quote essentially refers to a character who’s nervous about moving above his station.

I think that that’s a common problem for a lot of us, particularly when it comes to our careers. For example, when there’s the possibility of moving into a managerial position that naturally comes with a lot more responsibility. It can be a little nerve-racking, and it can easily be done wrong.

So I’ve enlisted the help of Craig Womack. Craig, in a nutshell, teaches leaders how to be leaders. Which means that he teaches people how to bring out the best of themselves, and become more productive and efficient. So his advice is great for everyone, even if you’re not interested specifically in leadership or management.

But if you’re interested in entrepreneurship and starting your own business, like I know a lot of you are, then I highly recommend listening to what Craig has to say.

We also talk a bit about his book The Promise Doctrine, which he wrote with his son, Jason Womack. The book’s main focus is on following through on the commitments you make, and becoming more productive and reliable. You should definitely check it out.
