Recommendations
Below are some recommendations for some websites, coaching programs and software that might be helpful with your goal of creating positive change. I hope they work for you as well as they’ve worked for me.

by Lee Milteer
This is the best program I’ve found for helping just about anyone break just about any bad habit such as smoking, procrastination, negative thinking, nail biting, stressing out, lying, lateness, wasting money, etc.
It’s been put together by Lee Milteer, one of the world’s leading personal success coaches. She has worked with, and shared the stage with, CEO’s of some of the largest corporations in the world. She is the founder of the world-famous “Millionaire Mindset Coaching” program, and the author of many books, including Feel & Grow Rich, Success Is An Inside Job: The Secrets of Getting Anything You Want, and Spiritual Power Tools for Successful Selling. In other words, she’s an expert in the field.
This course comes with a downloadable workbook, and 3 1/2 hours worth of audio recordings. And you can get it right here.

Once again, it’s Lee Milteer to the rescue. It’s probably no surprise considering her achievements that she’s won a ton of awards and recognition, including a Doctorate in Motivational Theory from Commonwealth College, the “Rising Star Award” by General Cassette Corporation, and the Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year from the National Association of Women Business Owners.
In this program she’ll show you how to take control of your life, boost your self esteem, and realize your true potential. And maybe, just maybe, if you play nice, she’ll help you to find your true life purpose.
The course comes with a 38-page workbook and almost 6 hours of audio recordings (all instantly downloadable). It really is an incredible program, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Priacta has what I consider to be the best system for teaching you how to become more productive, and make better use of your time.
Think of all the things you could get done, and the changes you could make if you were more motivated, productive and relaxed. That’s right, relaxed. They teach “total, relaxed organization”, and it works.
They have one-on-one coaching, group training for organizations, custom online training, and downloadable productivity software that helps you to manage your tasks.
I discussed it all with their head cheese, Kevin Crenshaw, and he gave us some great information. Listen to the conversation here.
As the name suggests, and as they say on their site, the Life On Purpose Institute helps its clients “to clarify their life purpose and to then design their life as a true and authentic reflection of their purpose.”
The life On Purpose Institute was created by Dr. Brad Swift and his wife Ann. I interviewed Brad, and he told us all about it. Listen to Brad’s interview here.
They do a number of things there. You can hire them as coaches, take their home study courses, try one of their many self growth programs, listen to a number of audio programs, check out Brad’s book, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I’m forgetting.
Anyway, they do great work, and it’s well worth checking out.
Here’s where you’ll find them.
The Sedona Method was originally developed in 1974 by Lester Levenson, and has since been carried on by his protege, Hale Dwoskin and his team at Sedona Training Associates. By the way, Hale was featured in The Secret, which is kinda awesome, be honest.
I’m really simplifying here, and they can explain it much better than I can, but the main goal of The Sedona Method is to help you free yourself of negative and limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviors so that you can live the life you want and achieve your full potential.
They’ve helped a ton of people out there in the general public, and their coaching has also worked for a bunch of top mukety-muck executives, including people at Exxon, AT&T, Merrill Lynch, J.C. Penney, Marriott Hotels, FAA, Bristol Myers, Chemical Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Polaroid, Bull, Lever Brothers, Monsanto, Touche Ross, and Mutual of New York. Essentially helping those companies to become more efficient and productive. So the proof is in the pudding.

Neuro-Vision’s work is all about mind over matter. They do it through hypnosis, but not hypnosis like you’re thinking of. They don’t put you on a stage and make you cluck like a chicken. What they do is help you to convince yourself that you don’t need to eat so much, or you don’t need a cigarette, or whatever other bad habit you may have.
They know that kicking a bad habit has less to do with which program you try than it does with being able to stick to the program you’re trying. A lot of diets, for example, can help you lose weight, but none of them will do you any good if you don’t see it through.
So Neuro-Vision helps you to get into the proper mindset for breaking a habit. In fact, it’s been proven to be so effective that theirs is the only program of its kind to be given a patent in the United States. Pretty neat.
