I recently had a chance to interview a gentleman named Joseph Ratliff, who’s an internet business expert, about various strategies for entrepreneurship and success in general. And he mentioned a few things that I’ve been trying to say for a while, except that he put them much more clearly than I have. You might remember some articles I’ve written in the past about getting organized, putting together a clear plan with achievable goals, and then starting at step one. Well, all of that is still recommended, but there’s also a point where you might be overdoing it. And those are the beans that Joe spilled for us.
I’m a firm believer in planning, don’t get me wrong, but I’m also a believer in taking action and achieving the goals that your plan should have included.
You see, some of us have a tendency to keep planning forever until everything is absolutely perfect. I call that the curse of perfection. But there’s no way to plan for every possible contingency. Internet Marketing Strategy Expert
Joseph Ratliff has built a very successful business on the internet, and he now focuses on helping others do the same. He was nice enough to pass along some of his basic principles for success to us.
If you’re interested in entrepreneurship as a new career move, then there’s a lot that you can learn from Joe. But his advice also applies to any form of personal success, because he preaches focused action, learning from failure, goal setting (or rather, goal achievement), and what he calls the “abundace vs. scarcity mindset”. He explains it all in the audio recording below.
Also, he has one very important thing to say to anyone who tells him what he can’t do: “watch me”. That’s a very positive attitude to have, and one we should all think about adopting. Actually, Joe has a great attitude all around, come to think of it.

The most successful people in history got to be that way because they focused on productivity first, and they got to be so productive by making sure to stay organized. And it’s a lot easier to do than you might think.
This video gives you some tips about how to organize all of your tasks and goals that you need to complete so you can change your life for the better.
Too many people make the mistake of thinking that they should only have to spend just so much time on their personal development before it’s finished, and then they can take it easy. But it doesn’t work that way, and when they realize that, they give up before accomplishing anything.
Self growth is a life long journey. And you’ll be able to get so much more done and become so much more successful once you realize that you’re never done growing, and that there’s always room for improvement.
The video below explains what I mean a little better.
There’s always going to be someone around to tell you what you can’t do. The naysayers are eveywhere. Unfortunately, too many of us listen to them. But if you really want to succeed and make some positive changes, then you’re going to have to stop listening to them, and maybe even tell them what’s what at some point.
Don’t let anyone else’s insecurities and hang ups drag you down. Be strong! Fight the power! Carpe Diem! Lots of exclamation points!
